I have completed inter vocational course. i want to joint in correspondance course diploma in mechanical?

now am in saudi.i want to join in correspondances diploma in mechanical course.1 or 2 years course. certificate should be leagle.can you please help me?I have completed inter vocational course. i want to joint in correspondance course diploma in mechanical?as so for as my knowledge is concerned there is no such correspondence course.furthemore ,it will be impossible in saudi arabia to go side by side both your present work and the studies.

it will be better,if you cosult the education deprtment of saudi arabia or the ministry of labour and employment in New Delhi giving all details.
