Roma-Arsenal: both highly competitive sides but they lack consistency and that has cost them a lot of league titles.
Inter-Chelski: both have extremely ambitious owners and have attracted many world-class players in the last few years, despite both being second-class teams until recently.
AC Milan-Liverpool: even though, unlike Milan, Liverpool hasn't won the league since 1990, they both put the Champions League higher than their respective leagues in their wishlist.
I have to skip the ManU-Juventus comparison because Juventus were a world-class team -probably the best in the world- until the Calciopoli scandal while that wasn't the case with Manchester. Now, though, the tables have turned and ManU is better than Juve.
