The 3m card finds me several signals, some as high as 40 or 50 % in strength. It "associates" easily to them and i get connection, but then when i click on another icon, to connect to inter net, it keeps telling me it cant. It just says the line is not connected or available. What line? its a signal! I am seriously confusedWhy cant i still connect to the inter net when the 3M card has connected me to a signal?which OS you are using.???

turn-off your firewall,
pause protection of your antivirus for some time.
for vista..
refresh your DNS settings.
