If so, how was it? Is it worth the walk from the inner harbor?Has anyone ever been to the Cross Street Market in Baltimore?
I've been to the Cross Street Market before.
I have to say, it was one of the most peculiar experiences I've had in my life.
I was casually walking around the streets, smelling the aroma of fresh-dead fish in the air around Federal Hill, when I hear somebody screaming their bloody head off.
I ducked behind a garbage can, when someone launches a big huge glop of fudge in my direction!
I was like, "What the hell is going on here?"
It turns out some crazy jokers were practicing their fudge-making "skills" in the street! They apparently worked at The Fudgery in the Light Street Pavillion, and were getting ready to start their shift.
Anyway, if you do go there, go to Nick's Seafood, but my friend, beware of brown, chocolatey smelling projectiles.
You just might be next.Has anyone ever been to the Cross Street Market in Baltimore?
It's good, but there's better places around the Harbor. I guess it's more worth it around busy times if you don't want to be around the hungry crowd that converges on the Harbor around lunch.
