Yes!, they still play top football although it is not as good as what it was early last year. Every football team undergoes bad periods. They will eventually bounce back and be back to their old selves. Look at Ac Milan for example. They were lacklustre for the past couple of years. Perhaps they are now in the top twenty teams in the world, but I agree with you, they need to vastly improve to regain their former glory.
