2011 Otakon Matsuri Festival address?

hello, for anyone whom is going to the 2011 otakon in baltimore this year as well as the festival, could anyone tell me the address please or a store right next to it? i am driving there from far away and all it says is: "It will be located on S Eutaw St between the two sections of the Hilton Inner Harbor." and i can't put that in my gps haha. could anyone give me an address please?
