Does anyone know why the fireworks sucked last night at the Inner Harbor? Come on...the 4th of July at the birthplace of the National Anthem...you would figure they would have been much better!Why did the fireworks at Baltimore's Inner Harbor suck last night (7/4/09)?
Which would you rather public money would be spent on in a recession? A gaudy show-off display or such necessities as unemployment insurance and job retraining? Patriotism is in the heart.
