Can you see the Fourth of July fireworks in Baltimore's Inner Harbor from Patterson Park?

Well the first poster is wrong. I am from Baltimore and I don't think you would be able to see them from patterson park. You would probably get a view once they went off but to get the whole effect you need to be closer to the inner harbor. Can you see the Fourth of July fireworks in Baltimore's Inner Harbor from Patterson Park?
you're not likely going to find any Baltimore residents in this section who actually know where you can see the City's annual fireworks from and where you cannot. Can you see the Fourth of July fireworks in Baltimore's Inner Harbor from Patterson Park?
I'm two blocks from Patterson Park. This photo:

is taken from the pagoda. You can see Fort McHenry in the middle of the photo (in front of the two skinny smokestacks pointing up in the background). The fireworks will go off from a barge in the water just to the left of the fort.

The only problems are that you are pretty far from them, so you don't get the boom that you would sitting at Fort McHenry; and you miss out on the displays going on in the inner harbor proper.
