I'm going this Sat and Sun 8/23-8/24. I've been to many but nothing seems to really grab me. City Lights closed down, Philip's was expensive and very cheap w/ portions, and I have Legal Seafood near me so that's pointless.Can someone recommend a good seafood restaurant in or very near Inner Harbor Baltimore that is not expensive?
