my Wife used to work downtown, Bank of America building,,leave at 4:30 pm,go through Fed. Hill , hit 95,use E-Z-Pass, then use first 2 exits, home by 5 pm..Merritt Blvd.areaHow long does it take to commute from Baltimore's Inner Harbor to Dundalk at rush hour, say about 4:00 PM.
try google maps.....going over the key bridge is usually calmer then say the tunnel!
