Where is a nice romantic restaurant at the inner harbor in Baltimore, MD?

It's on the fringes of the Inner Harbor towards the edge of Little Italy, but I LOVE Della Notte. It is romantic, wonderful waiters and unbelievably good food. I'd highly recommend it.Where is a nice romantic restaurant at the inner harbor in Baltimore, MD?
Tio Pepe's is located roughly 10 blocks from the Inner Harbor area but their food is excellent even though I have yet to eat there.

I've eaten at Philips a number of times and I've never been impressed with their cuisine.

One poster mentioned the Rusty Scupper, but if you can afford it, the Pisces restaurant at the top of the Inner Harbor Hyatt has a better view of the entire harbor than the Rusty Scupper.

I don't know about romantic but the inner harbour has a bunch of great restaurants. Fells Point is close by and also has a ton of different things to offer. But if it's ambience you are looking for you might want to try The Blue Sea Grill on Water St. Check out their web site. They have private partitioned off areas you can reserve and feel like you are the only 2 in the place. McCormick's is nice but not as private and of course the Cheesecake Factory is there but who can decide what to eat off that menu? Good luck and have a great time!Where is a nice romantic restaurant at the inner harbor in Baltimore, MD?
Try The Black Olive. In Fell's Point, right near the water. It's gotten fantastic ratings as one of the best Greek restaurants in the country. Their food is marvelous, and it's very cozy and intimate.

if you're willing to stray from the harbor, go to tio pepe's...i've never been there but everyone says it's amazing. when i asked for a recommendation, almost everyone suggested tio pepe's for their atmosphere and delicious food (and if you go, get the sangria)
