I need a memorable place for dinner in Baltimore, Maryland?

We're attending a graduation and need a memorable place for dinner to serve 7 adults. Inner Harbor, Fells Point, Little Italy are all possibilities but we don't mind traveling outside of downtown either. Memorable seafood, steaks, Thai, Italian, Contemporary in a top-shelf setting. Thanks!I need a memorable place for dinner in Baltimore, Maryland?
Consider:

Charleston: http://www.charlestonrestaurant.com/

Blue Sea Grill: http://blueseagrill.com/

Chameleon Cafe: http://www.thechameleoncafe.com/
All of the above places are not considered restaurants where one can have a "memorable" dining experience. I'd rather suggest Ray Lewis' Bar-B-Q place in Canton over any of the above places.

Sabatinos is the best of the best. The Best Italian Rest. in the DC/Balt area by far

Great location in the heart of downtown Baltimore
There are many fine restaurants in the Baltimore metro area.

Let me suggest the "top-shelf" Milton Inn, which is off York Rd., north of the Hunt Valley business area and 5 minutes from Exit 24 on I-83. This restaurant has been around for 60 years - when Canton was known for its industrial past rather than its overpriced and faux present.

Roys. Hands down.

After a fantastic dinner of seafood or top-of-the-line steaks, try the chocolate volcano for desert.

My husband and I discovered this on the big island in Hawaii, but it has a few other locations, including Chicago and Baltimore! We're lucky to live so close to one.
