Should I ask for a coke if my inter viewer offers one?

I'm going on a restaurant interview, and when I filled out my application, I was offered a soda, and I declined. Drinking a coke with the manager is most likely a friendly gesture and the manager may feel insulted if you do not take it. Without knowing the manager, my rule of thumb would be if the manager is drinking a coke I would have one as well.
