No promises, but if you go during the day, and stay in the Harbor area you will usually be OK.



Especially during a weekday, you'll see mostly white collar types along with a few bumbs.

it is a safe area and there's a science center next to the opening the harbor expands and there are alot of water taxis but u can walk along the harbor
