I'm coming down Memorial Day weekend for lacrosse and Orioles. Are there any festivals, concerts, particularly beer festivals going on? We're staying at Inner Harbor, but will travel for something worthy. All the websites I've visited makes it look like a ghost town, other than sports.Baltimore md?
