I heard that there would be a train from camden yards .Please help me out in planning an itenary for the whole day like where should i get down and places to cover there when i go ahead to washington dcPlease help me out in planning a washington dc trip?
I recommend visiting all of the museums. The Smithsonian museums are all free. My favorite museum (American History) is under construction and should be ready by the summer. Also check out the Smithsonian Zoo. It's under construction but still open. Visit Union Station. It looks more like a museum than a train station. The Old Post Office Pavillion is nice as well. Besides the usual tourist attractions (Capitol, Washington Monument, White House, National Mall) I'd check out the FDR Memorial. It's a bit off the beaten path but worth the trip. Stop by the area around Chinatown and the Verizon Center. They have restaurants and a small shopping strip. Dupont Circle is a nice area. They have a little fountain and park where you can take in the sun.

The area around the Metro Center station is the heart of DC. They have many restaurants and shopping areas. After you're done in the city take the train to Crystal City. The underground mall there is amazing. If you're heading from Baltimore take MARC to Union Station (be aware that MARC doesn't run on weekends). Use the Metro for traveling around DC. I recommend the all day pass for $7.80. Have fun! Please help me out in planning a washington dc trip?
once you arrive at Union Station in Washington Dc you can walk over to the Capitol and from there you see the big Mall (it's a park not a shopping mall) with the best museums one can imagine....

If you walk that mall up and down and go into all these museums this will fill your day and you have seen what most visitors see when they come to DC. (the White house is also right off the mall...you won't miss it)Please help me out in planning a washington dc trip?
Go to priceline.com I got a 4 star hotel room in Adams Morgan for 100. which is close to what you will pay in the Burbs. Stay close to a metro is the best advice!
